OUR COMMITTEE

​

Childrey Little Ducks Pre-School is a charity managed by a group of volunteers, primarily parents, but we also welcome grandparents and members of the community subject to DBS checks and suitability confirmation from Ofsted.

We are a not for profit organisation, which means that we aim to break even, and any surplus funds are ploughed back into the pre-school.

The committee runs things behind the scenes. 

Staff recruitment & development, appraisals, pay and pensions. Supporting the Manager with paperwork, policies and processes, ensuring they are in place and up to date. Planning and managing budgets. Working with Ofsted, Charity Commission, OCC and Local Early Years Networks.

FUNDRAISING TEAM

We have a team of volunteers who raise the much need extra funds to help with the running of Little Ducks. This is separate from the main committee.

We again are always looking for help whether it is helping to organise an event, running a stall, baking cakes or selling raffle tickets.

We need a fundraising lead, who would attend full committee meetings to update and suggest new events.
